What are your store hours?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened or defective product before a 2 week deadline. Please contact us for more information. |

Can I listen to CD's or LP's before I buy them?
Yes! Our stores have listening stations available for your convenience. |

Can I special order items not available in your store?
We can special order CD's, DVD's, or LP's. Contact one of our stores for more information to see if what you need is available, or sea`rch our online database using the box above. |

Do you sell gift certificates?
We do sell gift certificates in our stores available for any amount. Contact one of our store locations for more details. We have a $25.00 gift certificate available for anything in our online catalog available here. |

I have left-over store credit/gift certificate. Can I use it at any location?
Yes, you may. The only gift certificate that cannot be used in our stores is one from our online store. |

What types of payment do you accept?
In our online store, we accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. There is a 14 day hold period on all checks. In our brick-and-mortar stores we accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. |

I saw something in one of your stores while I was in town and didn't get a chance to purchase it. Do your individual stores do mail order?
Yes, they do. Contact them for more information. |

Do you distribute my e-mail address to any outside parties?
No, our e-mail list is for The Great Escape use only to let you know of any customer specials or new developments with TheGreatEscapeOnLine.com and our stores. You can read our Privacy Statement for more information. |

What are your grading standards?
In an attempt to give customers an accurate impression of condition rather than adhere to somewhat arbitrary criteria, TheGreatEscapeOnLine.com & The Great Escape give an "overall presentation" grade, supplemented when necessary with additional remarks. For example: where some dealers will not allow a cut corner on an otherwise near mint jacket (often automatically relegating it to a VG+ at best), we may grade such a record as NM and note the cut-out mark (thereby letting you know what it "really" looks like: a near-perfect record with a cut corner). LPs are graded cover first, followed by the grade for the vinyl.
